About Us

Design and Value Engineering
Micro Forms has a diverse, highly qualified and experienced engineering staff that brings expertise from many areas of the metal forming industry. We can assist your engineering staff in many aspects of design and engineering of your product. The benefits of this concurrent engineering approach is to reduce overall manufacturing costs, increase part quality and create end value.
MetalForms1
Micro Forms has a complete tool and die shop that is capable of building multiple complex class A progressive tools with short lead times and at highly competitive prices.

Part of this value engineering process includes use of the latest advances in technology. We have a full time sensor application engineer dedicated to new and innovative uses of the latest in sensor technology.

This enables us to monitor all aspects of tooling performance as part of a total quality approach to in-process control.

Everyone at Micro Forms understands the importance of quality as the basis of value.

"At Micro Forms we engineer quality, value,
and profitability for all our customers" -
David Curry, President

Total Quality
MetalForms2

Micro Forms adopts a three-tiered approach to total quality:

Quality Through Design
The use of our experience in the field of metal forming enables us to recognize critical areas of part and tool design that can impact end product quality. Coupled with the in process control obtained through use of in-die sensors, this quality by design approach increases consistency, production uptime, and reliability of every aspect of the stamping process.

Quality Control
To further the consistency and reliability provided by our quality through design approach there is additional quality monitoring. This is achieved first through use of in-die sensors that shut down a tool operating out of production tolerances. Second, every employee is committed to in-process quality control and total quality management.

Continuous Improvement
We understand that every production process can be improved. Therefore we continually strive to reduce waste, remove inefficiencies and ensure total quality.
